We sadly left Ometepe and headed for Granada. It was a hour drive and very hot in the car. When we got there we where all amazed by the buildings. All of them where incredibly beautiful.

We got to our little hotel called Casa De Auga. It was small but had a nice pool.
For the rest of the day we just walked around and went in a couple of churches. The city was probably one of the prettiest places we've been to so far.
That night we went to a volcano TO SEE THE LAVA!!!! It is one of the only Volcano's in the world that you can go up rim and look inside the creater.
The next day we went to a old volcano crater that was now filled with water. It is a resort and just outside of town. We had the best day there,most of witch was spent in the water. We rented a paddle board and the kayaks where free. It was called Apoyo Lagoon.
For lunch Me and Anneka shared the pork chops. And my mom got the chicken curry. I preferred her meal and if we go back I am going to get that. When we got back we met a family who had a boy my age.(Finally!) His name was Landon. For the rest of the day we where just playing in the pool. We woke up to beautiful weather and figured out what to do that day. We had a delicious breakfast. Chocolate crepes to be exact. After breakfast we took a horse drawn carriage for a tour of the city.
When it finished,we went to more churches. We went up to the bell tower. It was really high and I got kind of scared. Over all though,it was really pretty.
When we got back we met a little boy named Kai. He was 4 years old. The next day we went back to the old Apoyo Lagoon. This time with Kai and his mom and Landon and his family. Me and Anneka shared the chicken cury for lunch. That night we took a boat tour with 2 levels. On the second floor there was a slide and a place to jump off. We pulled over at a beautiful place and we got to play in the water. Did I mention Kai and Landon came too?
We wathed a butiful sun set and then headed back. We went for a delicious dinner and,after a long day,went back to the hotel.Granada was alot of fun and was in my top 10 favorite places.
