We left Bali and headed to Lombok. It is an island about a 4 hour ferry ride and 30 minute plane ride. It was actually cheaper to take the plane so obliviously we flew! When we got there, it was love at first sight. There was no garbage any were!

It was so much nicer then Bali. We took a cab to our place in Kuta. We were staying in the less busy part of the island. It was really nice. We went out for dinner which was OK. It was't the best. Anyway, it was pretty late when we got back, so we when to bed.
The next day we rented a driver for the day and he took us to 3 beaches. The first one we went to was by far the most beautiful, but a little boring. It was just a beach. There was no surfing.

The second beach we went to, was all of our favorites. It was the perfect surfing beach and Anneka fell in love with a little kitten there. It was in a bay with green hills circling it. It was really pretty. We stayed there about an hour, me and my dad were surfing.

The third beach we went to was not the most beautiful beach ever but it was OK. What we really loved about it was all the local kids that were there. We thought them how to play Uno. Which was really fun. They spoke great English. We bought some bracelets from all of them. Me and Anneka got five each.

After that we went home. We went to a pizza pasta place for dinner. Anneka and I shared a pizza while my parents got a pasta dish each. Me and my mom watched the Harry Potter movie then went to bed. The last day we were there we went back to the awesome surfing beach. We went surfing again. This time Anneka joined us. We went for a drive with a car we rented. We drove down the island. And stopped at a millon places to take pictures.

I know, it's a lot of pictures. After that we had lunch and then explored the town of Kuta. We we went down to the town beach witch was not very nice. To get there you had to walk down the market road. They were selling a lot of seafood. It smelled awful!!!
