Livy August 14th

We just arrived in Banff,It’s so beautiful. There are Mountains everywhere!!!The second day we were there,we woke up at 6:00am to go on a hike that gets full if you get there to late.It was so amazing.There where water falls to caves to mountains with colour. It stunk   though.That we had to get up in the morning. After the hike we came background and had lunch.I know it took all morning! After lunch I met this girl named Poppy. She had a brother named Leo.They where from England. She was super nice. We played soccer most of the time but still talking.It was super fun. (Hi Poppy!!!)

The next day we woke up again at 6:00.We went on a hike at Moraine lake. There was a rock pile there,and it was really big. My dad said that it was probably made by a avalanche and maybe 1000 years ago!!! We climbed up it and it was really fun.

After the rock pile,we went on a little trail.It went around the lake but was only like 10 minutes. There was a stream that came from the mountain so it was fresh. We filled our water bottle with it and the water was REALLY good. After Moraine lake, we went to a place called lake Louise. It was called pretty. It is a lake with a bunch of snow peaked mountains behind it. After lake Louise, we went to the Cave and Basin. It stunk all over the place! It literally smelt like pooh.It was the whole reason Banff area was built so it was kind of cool.😎 After that we went to a rooftop patio,and got a big plate of nachos and Anneka and me got a banana strawberry smoothie with lemonade. It was soooo good.

After dinner we went back to the Trailer. I played with Poppy and Leo.We played soccer and met some German kids named Ben and Emily. So that was my time at Banff. Next where heading to Revelstoke.
