Livy-August 8th

We got to Sleeping Giant 2 days ago .(It's called Sleeping Giant because there is a big mountain on it,and it kinda looks like Giant sleeping.) We didn't do much though.It was to cold to swim so we didn't do that.Anyway,today I met a girl named Dailen.She was really nice and had a brother named Cole.He was nice too. We did alot together until she left.We did exchange email though.She was really the first friend I
made on this trip,so she was special.I think she's reading our blog and I hope she is. (Hi Dailen,Hi Cole!) The day after they left we went on a little hike.It was called Sea lion. It's called that because there is a big rock that kinda looked like a Sea lion .It's head broke of though.So
now it kinda looks like a elephant.It was near the end of the hike so it was like the grand finale. As we were leaving Sleeping Giant,we stopped at the Terry Fox memorial.It was really cool.There was a big statue of Terry Fox there and a hole little message written on a rock.I
can't remember the message. We drove through Manitoba and Saskatchewan withe where kinda boring.Next we are headed
to Banff National Park.
